I'm Marc Ten Ten, a passionate private chef with heart and soul—and I've been at home in international kitchens for over 15 years. My culinary journey has taken me from Mediterranean haute cuisine to the most renowned restaurants in Germany and finally to the beautiful island of Mallorca, where I now offer exclusive private dining experiences and high-quality catering for events.

I always knew I wanted to be a chef. After completing my apprenticeship at the Holiday Inn in Neuss and attending master's school, another passion entered my life: traveling.

While traveling throughout Europe, the USA, Africa, Mexico, and Asia, I learned to be a guest, which greatly enriched me as a host. As soon as time allowed, I packed my notebook and went in search of new flavors to
back home to connect the tastes of our world.

Fusion cuisine is a fascinating territory that's always worth exploring. I look forward to sharing my experiences with you!

Even in Germany, I'm constantly seeking new inspiration and never stop learning. This includes working with some great chefs, including Eckart Witzigmann, Henri Bach, Nelson Müller, Heiko Antoniewicz, and Eric Werner.
