Planning & Preparation

Once you've confirmed, I'll start organizing everything: purchasing fresh ingredients, staffing, and equipment. You don't have to worry about a thing. Upon request, I can also include table decorations, wine selection, and service staff.

On the day of your event, I'll arrive promptly—whether at the finca, the boat, or your event location. Everything will be freshly prepared live and professionally served.
